For those of you skipping snacks, you are skipping viral opportunities for your everyday life (that’s an ALL THAT quote…) to get in fruits and veggies and legumes and nuts and seeds and kefir and yogurt and other things your meals may lack.
Where meals LACK, snacks SLAP.
We often find that the cliente who skip snacks are those who can’t regulate at meals and eat past the point of fullness, or eat impulsively
fav snacks
Peanut / almond / cashew / sunflower butter / tahini (eaten outside the house so my Botero hands doesn’t snag it) + fruits + cacao nibs
plain greek yogurt or kefir with fruit and vanilla + cacao nibs and a lemon squeeze
papaya stuffed with greek yogurt with frozen cherries and hemp seeds
banana baked in toaster oven with peanut butter and cacao nibs and hemp seeds
celery / sugar snap peas / tomatoes (the big Costco tray of veg) with hummus (not in my house) or guacamole or tzatziki
half sour pickles (these ACTUALLY have probiotics, usually) / olives / hearts of palm with tomatoes
and labneh or greek yogurt with minced onion
