As a plant-based eater living Miami, Emily is passionate about helping others to feel their best through the power of nutrition.
Emily is a Chicago native who earned her B.S. in Nutrition with a minor in Biology at Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. She then moved to Colorado to gain clinical experience at Boulder Community Health before matching to her Dietetic Internship at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. During her internship, Emily specialized in nutrition education and counseling, with ample experience in weight management, diabetes education, and oncology. Emily also completed her M.S. in Dietetics at Lamar University and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Since completing her education and training, Emily has practiced as a Clinical Dietitian at Jackson Memorial Hospital. She works with patients with liver, heart, and kidney disease, cancer, diabetes, and GI conditions, among others.
